No ADSL light on the modem Print
If the modem is operating properly the Status light should be flashing.
If ADSL light is not coming on, that means that the modem does not detect ADSL signal on your phone line.

- Make sure you have correct phone line connected to the modem;
- Make sure you do not have any ADSL filters installed on the line going to the modem. Filters are only needed for your phones.
- Check with your ISP/Telecom company if the ADSL service has been enabled on your line.
